By creating an account, purchasing a Development package, or paying an invoice through BlackRidge Scripts ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Purchases

**Tebex scripts:** Subject to Tebex's terms and our product descriptions. Delivery is through Tebex.

**Stripe Development packages and invoices:** Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge and agree to the scope described on the product or invoice page.

5. Refunds

Digital goods and custom development work may have limited refund eligibility. See our Refund Policy. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, we retain ownership of scripts and deliverables until full payment is received. License terms for scripts are described on each product page and in delivered documentation.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or leak purchased resources except as permitted by license terms. You may not attempt to compromise our systems or other users' accounts.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms (FiveM, Tebex, Stripe, Discord).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
