Tebex Script Purchases
Script purchases made through Tebex are subject to Tebex's refund policies and the license terms of each product. Contact us on Discord with your Tebex transaction ID before opening a chargeback.
Stripe Development Packages
Fixed-price Development packages are custom or semi-custom digital services. Refunds may be available within **7 days** of purchase if work has not substantially begun. Once development milestones have started, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
Custom Invoices
Custom invoice payments are non-refundable once deliverables described in the invoice have been started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and revocation of access to deliverables.
